Hollandaise Sauce

If you are like me and dread making Hollandaise Sauce don’t fret. With this easy recipe you will make it way more often.

In a double boiler add 4 egg yolks, slightly beaten, and 1 teaspoon lemon juice. Whisk well. Season to your liking with Lemon Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning.

In microwave melt 1 stick butter.
Over a low heat continuously whisk egg yolks until thickened.

Slowly drizzle melted butter over egg yolks, whisking continuously.

Taste and season accordingly.

If your Hollandaise Sauce is too thick add a little bit of HOT water until you have reached desired consistency.
