Here is a quick and easy beef vegetable soup recipe that you can make without breaking the bank. All the ingredients were just under $10 and this made a big pot.
1 pound cubed beef stew meat
1 can Veg All Vegetables
2 cans Tomato Soup
1 can Beef Broth
Dash of Tabasco
2 to 3 teaspoons Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
Place all ingredients in a dutch oven or large soup pot. Simmer on low for several hours or medium heat for about an hour and a half. You can also cook this is a crock pot with complete ease.
