Hot Artichoke Dip Recipe

1 Tablespoon Butter

2 cloves garlic, finely minced

2/3 cup mayonnaise

1 cup sour cream

1 – 8 oz package cream cheese

1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

1 – 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and  quartered

1 teaspoon Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning

1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese for topping

1 pound crab meat

Saute garlic in butter for about 1 minute in a small bowl in the microwave.  Once cooled add mayonnaise, sour cream, cream cheese, crab meat and parmesan cheese.  Stir in Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and a dash or two of Tabasco (optional).  Pour into  1 1/2 quart casserole dish.  Sprinkle mazzarella cheese over top.  Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes oruntil heated thoroughly.

My family also likes when I substitute fresh spinach for the artichokes.
