Here is my brisket recipe. You can either cook this in a slow 250 degree oven until tender or a grill outside.
Place brisket in a disposable aluminum pan. Season well with Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning and granulated garlic.
In a mixing bowl mix together one package Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix, 1 can of Coca Cola, and 1 jar of Chili Sauce. Pour over brisket. If there isn’t enough to cover the brisket repeat above and cover the reamining brisket.
Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in oven or grill. (If using an untrimmed brisket I cook fat side up so that the brisket does not dry out while cooking.) Cook until tender (takes severl hours).
