1 pound lean ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
1 cup shredded cheedar (or velveeta) cheese
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
Heat oven to 440 F. Spray or grease 9 inch pie plate. Saute onion until clear, add ground meat and brown. Add seasoning. Drain any fat from ground beef.
Spread ground meat in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
Mix Bisquick, milk and eggs. Pour over ground meat and cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes or until top of “pie” is done.
