Spinach Dip Recipe

1 package frozen chopped spinach, defrosted and drained

1/2 cup mayonaise

2 cups sour cream

1 package Knorr’s Vegetable Soup Mix

Make sure all the liquid is squeezed out of the spinach.  I have used fresh spinach which I chopped and it came out just as yummy (if not a little better – we prefer fresh spinach but it is just as easy with frozen)

Mix all the incredients and let sit overnight.

I serve this in a bread bowl.  Goes well with the garlic rounds and crackers also
