This is a very easy recipe that I make for cake walks and bake sales. It is perfect for a diabetic as well.
1 – 16 oz angel food cake mix
1 – 20 oz can rushed pineapple with juice
Preheat over to 350 F
In a large bowl combine cake mix and pineapple
Mix until well blended
Pour batter into Angel cake pan, bundt cake pan or 9x13x2 pan
cook for 25 minutes and let cool.
You can serve whipped topping on top of cake but my family prefers it plain.
