It reminded me of a Quick Gumbo or when mixed with Rice, could resemble a “juicy” Jambalaya.
BROWN – 4 Chicken Breasts seasoned with Beazell’s and garlic powder, 1 pound of Kielbasa Sausage, 10oz of Onion/Bellpepper. Once browned add 3/4cup Roux, BEAZELL’s cajun seasoning and 3 cups water.
The consistency was thicker than a Gumbo but thinner than a stew. I ate mine as more of a bisque but Resa and Mat ate it as a jambalaya.
