A dear friend of mine got me addicted to this fudge recipe. Regardless of how bad I feel I always make this at Christmas
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup granulated sugar
4 tablespoons butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup pecans, chopped (I omit these now that my MS has progressed but it is still just as good)
Cook milk and sugar over low heat until it shows signs of sugaring and is a caramel color. Just before removing from heat add butter and nuts. Pour into greased 8×8 pan and cut into squares once cooled.
