Time to share some more recipes. This is one of Resa’s favorites
1 1/4 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pound sliced bacon
2/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Beazell’s Cajun Seasoning
Preheat oven to 350
Cut chicken into one inch cubes. Cut bacon slices into thirds. Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick. Stir together brown sugar and Beazell’s. Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture.
Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and place chicken on rack. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bacon is crispy
