I just stopped and picked up my latest ring design. Now I am not sure which one I want to keep and which one I should put up for sale.
While doing research on book 10 I came across this you tube video.

Years ago a dear family friend made this and Yuri, our oldest, ate so much I thought it was going to come out of his ears.
The original recipe is really good but I tweaked it to our family’s liking. neither of my children care for cookies so that is completely omitted when I make it
Mix 1 package (small) instant vanilla pudding with 1 cup buttermilk. Add 8 oz cool whip, 1 small can drained mandarin oranges, 1 (13.5 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained.
Crush 9 or 10 fudge striped cookies and add in salad (this step I omit)
Pour in bowl and add a few more crushed cookies to top of salad (again I omit cookies)
Now to add crunch I also add a handful of shredded coconut to salad occasionally.
Also when the satsumas are in I use those instead of canned mandarin oranges
So I wonder if I call the neurologist and told him that I had a breakthrough with the book if he would just cancel today.
I really don’t want to hear what he has to say. I have already talked to the radiologist and know what the MRI results are.
And to be honest Tysarbi scares me. I have had such bad reactions to the other medications that I am afraid to try another medication.
I am more than happy to keep plugging along with the way things are. I have good days and bad days.
I really need to clone myself (although I am not too sure the world can handle another person like me).
All I want to do is curl up and write but I have so many more things I want to do as well. I also have a to do list that is growing.
Plus my neurologist called and he wants to see me today to discuss the latest MRI. Blah

Horror in the Night is a Horror book. On this book I let my imagination go wild. It is almost a twisted version on House of Wax.
This book does have the gore factor in it.
With fall here I decided to share my apple dumpling recipe.
This brings back so many memories. I can close my eyes and remember my mom letting us help roll out the pie crust and whatever wasn’t used she would sprinkle the remaining cinnamon sugar on and bake for us to snack on while the dumplings were cooking.
To this day I can’t make pie crust like her so I cheat and use pillsbury pie crust
1 package Pie Crust (or if you can make a pie crust you will need 2)
4 apples, cored and peeled
1 stick butter
1 cup sugar
add to sugar
2-3 tsp cinnamon (you can use less cinnamon if you prefer)
Cut each pie dough in half and place an apple in the center. Add a pat of butter in core of apple and place 1 tablespoon cinnamon sugar mixture in core of apple. Wrap pie dough around apple.
Place in glass baking dish. Melt remaining butter and add remaining cinnamon sugar mixture to butter.
Pour on top of dumplings. Bake at 350 until done (about 45 minutes)
They are done when pie crust is a golden brown and apples are fork tender
Let cool a little and serve with vanilla ice cream
