I just wanted to share a link where you can get a really good Cajun seasoning that’s not too spicy and even better not too salty.
I love cooking with it. It’s great sprinkled over pork chops before grilling.

I have a recipe for the Tony’s Seasoning. You can add as much or as little salt as you want.
TONY’S CREOLE SEASONING
1 BOX SALT
1 BOX (1 1/2 OZ) GROUND BLACK PEPPER
1 BOTTLE (2 OUNCES) GROUND RED PEPPER
1 BOTTLE (1 OUNCE) PURE GARLIC POWDER
1 BOTTLE (1 OUNCE) CHILI POWSER
1 CARTON (11 OUNCE) MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE (ACCENT)
You can adjust the salt as you like.
Thank you. That is similar to mine. I just omit the MSG and add some meat tenderizer.
